This little guy is a must for all clown lovers.  He is made from black and yellow plush and seems to be the happiest clown in the circus.  He too is wearing his custom clown hat and is accented with a ruffled ribbon around his neck.  His face has been hand painted with lots of fun colors that let you know he is definitely ready for anyone's party.
